Christmas tree in Kennedy Square, an unfailing tradition
Kennedy Square becomes the stage for the illuminated Christmas tree, becoming the bright icon of the city during the holidays.
Multicolored lights dance among the branches, creating an atmospheric spectacle that enchants adults and children alike. The Christmas tree becomes the meeting point for citizens and tourists alike, who gather to share in the magic of the holidays.
Cultural Events: concerts, shows and more
Also in Kennedy Square, you can find a vast ice rink to entertain young and old alike. After the success of previous years, the "Christmas Soul" festival is back in People's Square, offering four free concerts by international bands. The event is designed to greet the arrival of the New Year together with an engaging program: on Thursday, Dec. 28 and Friday, Dec. 29 at cocktail hour, Sunday, Dec. 31 around midnight and Jan. 1, 2024 at the Alighieri Theater.
At the same time, from the feast of the Immaculate Conception, Dec. 8, until Saturday, Jan. 6, 2024, with closing and drawing of the Raffle, the charming Christmas Village in St. Francis Square will come to life. Each day, the village will feature performances, entertainment for children and the distribution of Christmas treats, such as mulled wine, tea, panettone, donut and cotton candy, curated with dedication by Advs Ravenna.
